Nice to have ladies here that are great at customer service. Many businesses in Princeton could learn something from the Culleoka office staff about customer relations.
They turned off our water after we called and told them we would be there to pay that day.. then charged us 75 bucks to disconnect and reconnect and we put the pmt. In the box before midnight and 12 and 1/2 hours later still NO WATER! WTH?
These people are scam artists and fruads! They charge you an arm and a leg, sneak in hidden fees, and when you call and protest the tell you to turn around and bend over.

This company is the worst, I did everything in my power to not even spend water, everything was off, including my irrigation system for a month and I got a ridiculous bill, $300 dollars. no body is helping, they don’t care about you, they are actors, acting nice with you, but be careful.
I worked with Cassie Wilson to open two different accounts (Service) in 20 days. Customer support is outstanding. I noticed a proactive approach when addressing the requirements to open a service, document validation, and billing. Kudos to CWSC team.
UPDATE TO RESPONSE BELOW: We will see if autopay work this time. This is the third time I’ve tried online. Please note, had autopay worked the first two times, there would not have been any late payments. Not the customers fault the online …
