They have construction going on right now but they are still doing a great job god bless y’all.
Have panieides very pain
O
Great day always around
Yeah, absolute garbage of an institution. Went in with back spasms so bad it took me half an hour to get from my porch to the truck to go in to the ER. Told me to take ibuprofen and sent me home.
I came to this hospital to the er and they gave me something that made me sick so I call them and tell them they tell me to come back I have been waiting for an hour and half people coming in after me and they are calling them and ignoring …
Don’t waste your time if you do not have insurance, they only about them dolla signs in this place. One Dr in the ER is that a joke?? Sounds like one to me.
This place is ridiculous. No communication whatsoever with family members. I do not recommend bringing anyone here for critical care.
This place is a joke. How did they get certified? Husband died because of them. Seeking legal advise against them
Best place I’ve ever been to do Therapy. The staff is friendly and very helpful with there patients! Definitely recommend this place!!
Everyone was nice and friendly
Heidi on 5th floor was amazing. The food is excellent. Therapy at the hospital is good.
Great place to work and great bunch to work with! We are a pretty good team and that says alot about the care we give!
Great job cullman er. Keep it up. Samantha jones
I am patient in this hospital..the nurses I had was good till last night…I am on IV with antibiotics for leg which is infected..the nurse hooked it up wrong and it all went in the floor…she tried to tell me it went in the other …
I came in last night thinking I had the flu but it turned out I didn’t. The nurses were very patient and friendly and kept running test until they found out what was wrong with me.
The ER staff were great! They always take good care of me
I really like Cullman Regional Medical Center Therapy they are very friendly, very caring, its always about the patient and how to get you better as soon as possible.
All the quality of a third world country. I know Alabama has poor healthcare but Cullman Regional is worst than most.
Keep driving you until you find a real hospital.
Took good care of my mom with covid..these men an women are so overwhelmed with patients yet are doing wonderful job… thank God for them
My son stayed here 3 days and they where so good to him and his doctor saved his life and I’m forever grateful!
Great hospital and staff! Addresses your needs quickly and efficiently, with a personal touch. Highly recommend hospital and staff.
Be sure to bring your lunch and supper for the day . Him and his staff has absolutely no consideration of anyone’s time . Also to top that off he is an absolute hateful individual . So for the people getting stuck with him good luck .
Great care all around! Everyone is compassionate and knowledgeable.
Great staff, everyone seems very interested in helping you reach your goals. Very knowledgeable and willing to answer all questions about your situation. They also do their best to work you in based on your schedule.
Everyone in registration and imaging was so kind and efficient, Bing, Bang, Boom and we were done. Thank You Ladies.
I had very good nurses and they did everything possible to keep me comfortable, very happy with this visit
Quick service even on a Friday night, friendly staff, even after they stitched me up, I still was discharged within 2 hours!
Very polite gave me a pillow kept checking on me making sure everything was OK took x-rays in the room everything was great in and out in about an hour and a half
Horrible hospital. WHEN I was approached by staff, I was lied to and disrespected. I was discharged without notice in pain without a ride and billed 26 thousand dollars within days. I wouldnt take a dog there.
Wait time pertinent to emergency, nurses prompt and caring, Doctors direct and to the point, billing has prompt pay for cash customers like myself. In all two thumbs up.
I took my husband to Cullman regional yesterday told them what was going on..all they did was x Ray n check his blood sugar..I asked them to check him for diabetes n they never did I guess because he doesn’t have insurance.i will be contacting HIPPA and OSHA today…
When getting ready to leave for home after a few days in, the nurse didn’t take my IV line out right away, she said she forgotten something and wouldn’t be more than a minute… She never returned, 5minutes passed and my arm was swelling …
Yeah. 1 star. So many reasons I could give. Mostly, they just don’t care. They’re always in a hurry. The physical therapy department is the reason they earned their 1 star. That’s the only thing good about crmc.
Who can I call to make a compliment? I had the most wonderful experience in the ER today and I would like for those people to be acknowledged
So I live in cullman and I am very disappointed that this is the only choice I have if I dont want to travel an hour to get to an er, last year I went because I had symptoms of pneumonia, I had a 102 fever and I was and still am on a …
The therapy services are excellent. They are friendly, no long waiting to be seen. Every one I have dealt with is caring. Highly recommend these folks!
Staff was rude seme like they just wanted you in and out won’t go back
I’m here with my dad.. this is the worst place we could’ve brought him.. their killing him.. im trying to get him transferred but no beds available.. if you want your people to live don’t come here.. please
Who do you really talk to when THEY have lost important medical records?
2 days of nothing but voicemails for my stepson! …
This hospital is the worst hospital I’ve ever been too they’re all so rude and I couldn’t get a direct answer from anyone when I asked what was going on there should be an option to put 0 STARS. DO NOT GO HERE
A full scale Physical Therapy company onsite at Cullman Regional Medical Center. Personally treated a shoulder issue, a herniated disc issue and then post back surgery recovery. You’ll see several PT’s or Associate PT’s dependent on level …
They just treated me for a migraine with something i’ve never had before that caused several known adverse reactions acted like no body has ever experienced that before and i didn’t know they were known until after giving me 2 benadryl and …
Seriously, if you can make it to a Birmingham hospital, go there.
Dr. Evans is the only doctor I trust, he is a surgeon. He saved my husband’s life. If you have problems with the staff, tell him. It will be taken care of.
Had to bring my child in after her pediatrician told us to go to The ER right away.with her throat swelling trouble breathing and rash instead of going back we had to wait .. I despise this ER I only came here because her pediatrician told us to come here next time I’ll take her to Birmingham to children’s or UAB
Every staff member was very caring and helpful.
I thought everyone was very courteous and professional
Absolutely disgusting.Dr Tara Fales has agreed to circumcise a baby who’s mother is a ward of the foster care system. The mother is absolutely against this cosmetic surgery. Cps is threatening to take the 14 year olds custody of her baby if …
I have had two knee replacements, cancer surgery and reconstructive surgery all at CRMC. I could not have been more pleased with the care I received by the doctors, nurses, therapists and other staff. I highly recommend CRMC and their staff.
They made me feel so comfortable. I hate going to doctors, and I always feel like because I didnt have the greatest health insurance I wouldn’t get proper treatment but doctor talbot, cev, and the wonderful ladies that I wish I could remember their names , treated me the best ever! Thank you Cullman regional .
Everytime I go in to give blood, it takes a ridiculous amount of time. Not the blood draw, but the time it takes for them to simply sign the papers. Changing doctors.
Don’t waste your time. This is the dollar tree oh ERs.
The maternity and pediatric unit are so amazing. 🙂 …
Very unhappy with your nursing staff in the E.R. very unprofessional. Mocking your patients while on the phone and your answering service not knowing how to locate patients. Know wonder you have a 3 star rating very unhappy
In California. Truly very disappointed 😡 …
Had to visit two weeks in a row for same issues and yet said I didn’t need to see a general surgeon but when I seen my dr he sent me to a surgeon cause I had a strangulated hernia. Crmc for you can possibly kill you
Unless you will die before you can get to literally any other hospital dont go here. Lied to at every step of the process. Constant and continual misdiagnoses. Extremely rude. And now they’re trying to steal money from people. Garbage place. DO NOT GO
I knew I broke my hand, went in, took an hour to take 3 xrays, then an hour to read them, then got told it wasn’t broke. Got a call the next morning saying they got my results back and that it was, in fact, broke. Well why was I told that it wasn’t?? I would hate to know I was going to have surgery here…
Really pleasant nurses and decent doctors (when I saw them), but had a bunch questions after discharge that I couldn’t get answered and ultimately led to my knee getting infected! The worst!
The dr was excellent and so was the nurses they seemed really concerned and didn’t have to wait every time I pressed call light they was right there!!!! I would recommend CRMC to anyone and also at discharge they explained everything I’ll definitely be going there from now on the hour drive from moulton is well worth the care
Best hospital around. Keep up the good work. NEVER go to russellville, haleyville, or jasper hospitals. Had many experience with them all and they are pitiful excuses for a “hospital” this is the best one around.
My Dad stayed 7 days on the third floor with covid pneumonia and I was very pleased with each nurse, assistant, house keeper and the Dr
Extremely caring and professional staff from the receptionist to the doctors and nurses. Everyone took the time to make sure I had the best care possible.
During my ER visit, my needs were quickly addressed. The staff were all pleasant and had great bedside manners.
Staff is good for the most part. Only one exception. Doc on duty was a pure jackass. He was rude, short, disrespectful in that he was answering/asking questions before you could fully explain what you wanted him to know. God complex. I’m probably done with this dump.
Came in for High Blood pressure around 5PM, waited a while. Finally went back around 8:15pm, IN THE HALLWAY ON A GURNEY! NOT EVEN ALLOWED A ROOM! I feel as though I am on display for everyone to see and NO privacy what so ever. This place is a complete joke. I should have followed my gut and stayed in Birmingham.
When i had my tonsils removed from Childrens i had a hemroge Cullman Helped me so much but when my aunt went they LITTERALY TIED HER DOWN AND CALLED HER CRAZY they can be help ful when they wont and crazy the other time!!
The only thing the are good for is treating a uti.. other than that go to UAB! The place is a joke. They don’t care for the patients just there for a paycheck. I wouldn’t trust them with my dog.
The outpatient therapy department has been great following the wonderful care that I received during an outpatient surgery. There’s nothing like being able to receive care like this right here at “home”. Thanks everyone!
You’re better of dying trying to drive to Birmingham then dealing with this E.R.
Thought I had a heat stroke or stroke, …
This hospital and doctor’s offices may be able to handle caring for adults, but never bring your child here if you think something may be seriously wrong. Take your child to Birmingham. Their life may depend on it!
Very Slow When I Arrived at the ER, there was no one else their. I needed to get a cat scan, due a blunt force trauma by a two man saw that had fallen and hit my head.I arrived a little before five. At first it took a little over an hour to …
I would not recommend anyone with a life threatening problem to stop here. Or anyone with a child.
The fact that you cannot just go to your regular scheduled mammogram, you have to go through the entire registration process, what a waste of time and resources
Worst doctors ever. Couldn’t tell me what was wrong. EKG, catscan and etc done there. They thought I was having a heart attack! Then sent me home. Turns out it was an ulcer. Learned this after I went to a real dr at st Vincent’s.if you live in Cullman take your chances.
This place is a joke! My fiancé came in with severe abdominal pains and headache with problems with her vision…they did a c.t scan said nothing was wrong and didn’t even address the abdominal pain. They discharged her after 3+ hours of being there and not answering a single question as to why she was having these issues.
This is an awesome emergency room. Dr. pepper and his staff where great. Thanks again. ♥️♥️♥️🌞🌞 …
Inspect your bill thoroughly. Last visit was charged for FIVE incentive spirometers at $127 a piece. I brought this to the attention to the billing department who said they would send it to auditing. Got a letter that said someone from …
Cullman Regional Medical Center took really good care of me while I was in CCU and in a regular room. The nurses and doctors were extremely good!!
I had a surgery there and my dr and staff was great. They was so professional and made sure me and my family was educated about everything that took place I will recommend him and his staff for the surgery I had 100%
Please don’t go to this hospital. Go to St. Vincent’s or to the UAB hospital. I had a scheduled c- section for my twins, and the experience was bad enough to scar me mentally for the past decade.
They were very kind, and Debbie really is an angel. She helped me to calm down while having a panic attack, so thank you Debbie, and thank you to all the other nurses/doctors/etc.
Horrible! The ER staff is a nightmare! I had to leave in severe pain and I’m a cerebral aneurysm survivor. They will not help you, and considering how they treat patients with severe headaches, they could KILL YOU!!
One day they’ll do that and someone’s family will own that hospital.
By far the worse place to go. Waited for two hours and they placed patients in the hallways in the open with no privacy whatsoever. Waited for two more hours while nurses and staff walked by and ignored their patients. This place is a joke and needs to be shut down before more lives are lost due to incompetent doctors.
Care is sub par, they never sent a bill after my insurance company paid, sent straight to collections. Tried to resolve this issue, they said could not do anything, said that they sent me bills, they’re always saying how much they care for …
Very long waits, especially at the OBGYN or women’s care. Even if you come 15mim. before your appointment, you will most likely be in the waiting room for an hour or longer, every time. Receptionists and nurses are friendly. I hear horror stories about this place.
I came into the E.R. I’ve been having blood in my stool. Dr confirmed it was blood in my stool. They drew blood. Did a scan. Then had shift change. Haven’t seen a nurse nor have I gotten my results. Four hours after labs and scan and shift change. No I.V. and nothing for pain and nausea.
It seems all these guys are interested in is writing multiple prescriptions many of them not even needed just to make money. They even had us wait an additional hour (total 5 hours after our appointment time) because “the doctor needs to …
good hospital. The nurses of the third floor are the greatest people you could know. I liked everyone that worked there.
We had to go to the emergency room here while on vacation. They are incredibly efficient here. We were in and out very quickly and the care was wonderful.
I had a shoulder replacement and I went to CUL LMAN regional therapy.. I Have Lisa ann For my therapist She helped me Get the movement back into my arm. It took a lot Work but I it’s coming along I have 4 more weeks of therapy Left …
Don’t go to this hospital unless you are trying to waste hundreds of dollars and your time. The doctor kept me here for 3+ hours to tell me to go see a gynecologist. Every person I spoke to made me feel unwelcomed in the hospital. I wasted …
What caring and thoughtful staff. Very professional.
I have had to go to therapy at Cullman Regional Medical Center several times during my life, and they have always helped my injuries there physical therapist team is very professional, eager to help patients in there painful situations. …
Highly recommend CRMC for just about anything – especially the emergency room. Dr. Tighe and my nurse, Ivey, were exceptional.
Long story short I wouldn’t let them treat my dog . It was so bad my nurse told me to seek medical attention elsewhere . The doctor was rude treated me like a drug addict wanting pills . Which I did not ask for nor received . The pain he …
I was seen in the Er and it was very busy the day that I was sent over from my doctors office. The staff was wonderful. The nurses and Doctors where very helpful. Thank you all for what you do
My worst experience ever after spinal surgery after day shift went home they wouldn’t turn off the alarm on my monitor so I took it to the nurse station and on and on then a Male nurse told me he couldn’t administer my medication because my pain level wasn’t high enough. He told me I had to be kicking and screaming in the floor
I want to give a 5 star to a nurse by the name of Connie Baker in maternity ward my daughter was there and she was AMAZING !!!!!! EVERY 15 -20 min to check on her and she made my visit as well making me comfortable and asking if I was in …
So sick of this place. Everytime I go here. I leave sicker then what I was I won’t be using them anymore
I will never go to this place again. Incompetent Dr said I couldn’t walk because of a urinary tract infection. I was having multiple sclerosis symptoms and was sent home with no way to get around. They do not file Insurance properly then expect you to pick up the tab or they send it to a blood sucking attorneys to threaten you.
Have always received excellent care at ER until on 6/17/18, third visit in a little over a week for gastro issues. Was seen by ER Dr. Borucki. The worst Dr ever. No labs were ordered to determine if infection was gone, dyhdration was …
I have had a good experience with my therapy. I think it is helping. I’ve enjoyed having Charles as my therapist. He seems to care about his patients and is very professional. I would recommend him to anyone who needs therapy.
This is the only er in this town. I hate it the doctor make you feel stupid and uneducated. Some of the nurses are rude too. I was very nice and patient I got there at 650pm and did not leave until 930pm the only thing they did for my child …
I had the worst experience ever at this so called hospital. First the “hospitalist” deal I’d absolutely could not believe the people with towels on the head that speak no English have took the place of your doctor. They smell, their breath …
Horrible experiences. They don’t take care of their patients. My grandmother and mother haven’t had good care there. UAB or Huntsville is the main two I would rather go to. I would rather drive a few hours than have them treat my family or …
This whole organization needs to get it together! Last month daughter was seen in the er for something that could have been treated her first visit. In fact I was told everything was fine and they didn’t know why she was in such pain. …
We have sat here almost 2 hours and not even a nurse has come in the room to even put a blood pressure cuff on my husband. Sorry place to go if your hurting do not come here..
Kind of sad I can’t rate it lower. I’m not using my actual name because I honestly fear I may get my care made worse if my name was here. ER staff won’t actually manipulate anything that could be a ligament, they will offer you nothing but …
I had a heart cath a few months ago, and last Friday several things done for my cardiologist including a chemical stress test. Everyone has been absolutely outstanding!
Not the best hospital in the world/not very concerned with the patients/doesn’t listen well when you’re trying to tell them something/will look at your ears and say u have the flu.
If no stars were possible I would choose that horrible healthcare. It is more based on your pocket book than health care. I though doctors took an oath to treat all patients to the best of there ability well is this is the best of there ability then we are all screwed.
This will be my 3rd time in coming here for therapy. It has been a challenge but with the help of the therapist I will be finished with my therapy soon. In the time that I’ve been taking my therapy I would like to point out the following …
I was having chest pains so I ended up at the ER. Within 30 minutes they had me in surgery to have stents, then up to CCU for 2 days. From the moment I walked in, every Doctor, nurse, tech, even housekeeping, were incredible. I will be sure to always use Cullman Regional for my “hospital” needs and I highly recommend that you do to.
The worst ER staff I’ve ever dealt with. Please take your children somewhere else first and not second like we are now.
I have been to the ER a couple times as well as taken or youngest child. Our experiences were pleasant considering being in the ER. Our youngest child was born at this hospital and we couldn’t have asked for better treatment from the doctors and nurses.
If I could rate this place in NEGATIVE stars, I would. I went to the ER here ONE time and was treated like a joke, threatened, and lied to. They treat you like you are in idiot! I study clinical laboratory, I definitely know a thing or two …
My brother had a seizure and was rushed to the ER via ambulance. It was his first visit to the ER after a terrible experience. He was scared nonetheless. ER doc comes into the room 2 hours later and says he did not have a seizure, it was an …
My mother’s care was horrible. While there she wasn’t turned and dried unless I did it myself or made sure they did it. I found, not a nurse or other staff member heel wounds on her. When I asked what they would do about them I was told …
While I was in the hospital my nurses and doctors were very friendly and caring. I found out that a medication that I was taking for neuropathy kept making my sugar drop so after the 3rd time the doctor on call decided to put me in the …
We have been to this ER twice now and both times received excellent care. Any ER is going to slow down when they’re busy; I’m willing to allow for that. Amanda Thomas treated my wife this trip and she couldn’t have been better. And for the record .. they never asked about money. I had to bring it up.
Shittiest hospital I’ve been to since I moved to Alabama. They will diagnos you with anything so they can quickly get you out They don’t care what so ever. I don’t see how this hospital is getting by with everything they do Show’s they are …
I am very displeased with the service my father received at this hospital. He has been going to see Dr Warner for years for a lung condition. In December of 2016 he had to go in to have cancer removed from his lung. We were very mislead by …
This is the absolute worst Hospital ever! If I could give it a -0 rating I would. I definitely do not recommend the ER. I drive 1 hr. away to another Hospital no matter the cause rather than go here! The Doctors are not only rude but their …
2 stars ONLY due to Kind office staff- 1 start for Dr, if that… waited over 2 hours to have a Dr tell me I had a “cold..” (covid negative..) I requested a shot- he said they couldn’t do that.. but he would write a script for something …
I love the time and effort used to ensure my families safety. Our visit was due to a car accident, and they were pretty suffient. Yet the discharge from the hospital may need some review. Other then that wonderful staff during a panic situation.
If you have gallbladder issues don’t bother going here, they won’t do anything for you. They will just bill you several thousand dollars and send you away. Their billing department and the way they bill is very sneaky.
I have multiple formal complaints that will be made. I’m waiting until my family member is discharged just so I know how many I have to do. The ER and scheduling is already there. Her family doctor is going to get a letter written to the …
Horrible service. My mother has been in this hospital for 3 days and every single day when I call, it is a struggle to get anyone to call you back. I have to call back several times and demand them answer my questions before I get any …
I have been a patient in this hospital twice in the last two years and had great care both times from nurses and the doctors.
Both of my parents have been treated well here. Thanks to all the 4th floor nurses and techs.
Was here last night with my Aunt. Nurses were very nice. Doctor and Nurse Practitioner not so much. She was transported to hospital by ambulance because she could not walk and in so much pain in her back radiating her leg. Did lab work and …
Do NOT go to the hospital here I would to Huntsville or Bham or Marshall medical. Cullman regional charges you twice for the same thing and then they take it out of your state return. Plus the doctor in the er does nothing but get you wrong info BEWARE OF CRMC AND STAY AWAY
I had a lot of swelling in both my legs I have had it for 8 months they were able to help me tremendously to get rid of a lot of it and to teach me how to keep it gone. I was very impressed with the Professional Service I received. I would recommend it highly to anybody. The therapist was very knowledgeable and very helpful.
They done what they knowed best.not eye doctors
Got into a room quickly which was great, but everything else is down hill. Was promised a vegetarian meal. I didn’t get anything to eat until dinner time because they messed up my lunch. Stayed here from 7am to 6pm. Attitude from a RN with …
My son has been to the ER twice in the past month only to be sent home both times still very sick. They do not care about the people that go to their ER and give them very poor service. I will never go back there again and do not …
I was having problems with an IV and I asked them to take it out (they were not using it and had not used it) The tape was burning my skin and the needle felt like it was in a tendon, even though the IV was in my arm close to my elbow I …
Worst experience of my life. I was traveling North & ended up in the ER because I was having severe chest pains & trouble breathing. From the start every single person was rude. No one treated it as an emergency. It was implied I was …
The WORST hospital I’ve ever been too. The staff does not care at all and is SOO rude. I’m not exaggerating either. The lady at the front desk is terrible. If you can, I recommend going somewhere else. These people really don’t care if you’re okay or not. This is my 2nd time coming here and definitely my last.
Took my mom to ER yesterday. She was incredibly sick at her stomach as well as terrible cough and side pains. We were there about 6 hours. We never once saw a doctor and not a nurse practitioner either, as far as I could tell. When we …
**update guess who just received a bigger bill even though I paid on the date of service! Me. …
I’ve had bad experiences and stopped going to this hospital. Rude staff, long waits…now 20 years later the same is true. Radiologist was only one that was courteous and professional. I meet my daughter in law and my 8 month …
The ER at Cullman is a joke!! Dr. Liu was so unprofessional, non-compassionate, and just straight out lied to my daughter. She was 14 weeks pregnant at the time and came in via ambulance for a severe headache for 3 days, sudden right sided …
Dr. Yarbrough & his staff are amazing. He laid all my options out & let me decide which direction I wanted to go. The surgical team was awesome. The nurses were kind, friendly, attentive, and made me so comfortable. I can’t complain about a thing, I will definitely will refer others.
Never use this hospital there rood
Hateful and when your brought in by
Ambulance they put you in the lobby and tell you to wait then after 4 hours …
Up until I got into a room was great in the e.r. However once I got admitted I realized that I didn’t want to be there anymore. How can ppl be so rude to me. Also waited and waited and waited for my regular medications that I have at my house. Never got the medications, instead I had to sign myself out.
This hospital is a dam joke we are only here because my son’s Dr office is closed today he got something stuck in his ear night before last and we can’t get it out nothing has worked his grandmother was found deceased yesterday morning so …
Very friendly doctors and nursing staff. They’ll take care of you.
My husband had shoulder surgery today and from Dr. Gomez, our admission nurse Sandra D, and Jeff the after care rn and the nurse who kept me updated was absolutely great! Thank you all for what you do everyday!
My husband suffered a heart attack a few weeks ago so we ended up in the ER. I have never had such friendly and helpful nurses and Doctors. He ended up in CCU after surgery and the nurses there took such good care of him. They went out of …

Have had several surgeries this year at CRMC with Dr. Cottingham. He is an absolutely wonderful surgeon and I would recommend him to anyone. He is very caring and kind with his patients.
Dr.Massengill and the staff here have been amazing. My wife and I chose to have our 2nd son here after a not so great experience at a different hospital with our first son. If we were to have a 3rd, it would be here at Cullman Regional. 10/10
Was treated well and the hospital is very clean foods could be improved but other than that crmc is a good hospital
We were just in the er my bf had to go to the bathroom super bad but they wouldn’t let us go back to use it but said we can give you a urine cup lol what’s he supposed to do with it? You won’t let him use the potty so what good is ur cup especially when peeing isn’t what he needs to do ? This place is a freaking joke
Half the staff had their masks either below their noses or hanging off of their ears. Nikki, on the other hand, was amazing. She was very attentive to my boyfriend and made me feel a lot better about what was happening. The staff definitely needs better training and to be monitored more.
I had to be taken by ambulance to the ER on the 22nd. That was enough to upset me. I hate the ER. But I have to report it was the best experience I ever had in any ER! The staff was efficient and FRIENDLY! I felt like a human! This crew …
ABSOLUTELY CORRUPT! I was recently admitted here for a SIMPLE issue. They kept me over night claiming it was something that it was not. They ran ENDLESS tests for it to be as simple as dehydration (they called it something thousands …
I went to the emergency room because I had a TIA-mini stroke & was admitted to hospital.
I felt they took very good care of my needs. They were definitely on top of my …
I didn’t approve of the release documents with phone number to call in case you need to speak with someone . They would rather make you choose to be seen in urgent care or emergency again . since I wasn’t feeling great even after happiness …
My concern is not with the qualifications of the staff, rather with the carefree approach displayed in several areas of this facility. Professionalism is absent and attention to detail is scarce and concerning. It appears that some are …
Did not explain what was going on. When we asked they said my daughter had a UTI after 2 days in hospital the doctor said good news she is responding well to antibiotics she is no longer septic. No one ever told us she was septic so I ask …
I have been here 3 times lately. Starting with the E R . I just want to thank the whole staff for being very concerned and thorough first when I brought my son . Then I had to go in. I was having a bad reaction and needed to be admitted. …
Place is a joke. Came in with severe stomach pain and they gave me some trash over counter medicine to put under my tongue. Doctor and nurses completely incompetent and belong in a kitty litter box. Thank GOD my emergency appendix …
Everyone needs to ignore all the negative reviews because cullman hospital is a good hospital and the people that are complaining and leaving bad reviews were probably drama queens. People don’t realize how under staffed because of the …
This hospital is centrally located on hwy.157. The staff and doctors are awesome, they explain as they are doing their job. I love the way that this hospital is layed out and the staff ⚕️ is amazing. I would recommend this hospital 🏥, with or without insurance. They treat everyone with respect and dignity. …
If there was an option for no stars I’d definitely pick that. My Fiance was pregnant and we aren’t married yet. She gave birth the other day, she put me down as the father, then was told that I couldn’t be listed as the father and I wasn’t …

I’m only starring this because I have to. E.R. experience was horrible. Triage nurse was pushy and rude. The doctor I saw seemed nervous and confused. I went in for a foot injury and he struggled to untie my shoe to “examine” the injury. …

Nothing bad to say at all the doctors and nurses are amazing
Unbelievable. Outstanding er, beautiful female nurses, great people. One of my favorites
The place is great, it’s just seems like if you tell them what is going on they sometimes go off what they think and it shouldn’t be like that if you know your body and you telling them what is wrong, but other than that they was amazing. Nice ,sweet and kind ,also they actually explain to you what is going on and everything.
Superb service from the ER staff, but specifically Mark. He was helpful, kind, went above and beyond to make my dad comfortable during his stay and I am extremely grateful for his care!

The CRNP, Delana Clemons, was the exceptional. Sh was knowledgeable and w not out of her way to explain my situation in a way I could understand. I felt in wonderful hands with her awesome care. As well with the other nurses. Even the …

My visit to the ER on September 18th 2021 went smooth the staff were very kind courteous and professional about their job. They explained everything as to where you can understand what was happening. I was treated like family by all the staff I would recommend this emergency room to anyone who needs it.
I have delivered two babies here and each time, my nurses have been so caring and informative and they always reapect all of my wishes and help me however needed. My Dr (Dr.Wideman) is also the best. He is gentle, respects my birth plan, …
worsened my fathers condition to the point of the doctors themselves eventually telling us that it was just ‘ between him and god ‘, which, being nonreligious, was beyond frustrating. he was moved to a out of town hospital and improved …
Everyone on the staff was great. I liked having t some of the same faces great on my 2 day stay. The staff was attentive +listened to me. My was Dr. Was very pleasant +upbeat. When they couldn’t honor my requests, I understood why +wasn’t upset with them. It was a very scary time for me…

Dr. Yarbrough done an incredible job! The anesthesiologist was great, the nurses were great, and everyone explained everything to me in detail. I felt safe and well taken care of.
Ridiculous! The worst hospital I have ever been to.If you are pregnant. Do not come to this hospital . They are rude and very hateful to there patients on the maternity floor. They have no bedside manner. No communication with family …
Took great care of me and treated me well, I have no complaints thank you Cullman Regional for helping me.
Labor and delivery was a joke. The nurses were careless and rude. I was in labor for 22 hours, when I was finally 10cm, the nurse said I’d have to wait because another woman was pushing and there was only ONE nursery nurse. Dr. Sheffield …
THE ER IS HORRIBLE went in for chest pains and high blood pressure only checked it one time I’ve never heard I don’t know from a doctor ABOUT EVERYTHING place is a joke
Could not have a better place to go that right here at home Cullman !! Top notch people all the way around !! Dr to Nurses to Pca the whole bunch !! Awesome !!
Went in with my grandpa for surgery. Dr. Brazwell is outstanding. The staff are called completely apathetic and uncoordinated. One fat nurse told me to wait in a different area for no reason and another sent to his room 30 min before he was …
There is a bulletin board on AL-HWY 157 as you approach. It reads, “GOOD IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH”. I could not agree more; therefore, it is beyond comprehension to me as to why a hospital with absolutely nothing that could be even remotely close …
I had to take my little to the ER @ 10pm and within 1 hr and 50 min we were seen, treated, and prescription in hand. They were Very nurturing and kind. They were slammed full with ppl. Our bed/room was in the hallway. Along with other …
My father passed away at this facility on 03/22/2022. Before his passing he was treated with kindness, compassion and respect. My entire family that visited daddy during his illness was treated respectfully. I could not ask for better care for my daddy.
Was misdiagnosed by the ER given antibiotics and went home. Problem got very aggravated overnight, so I went back and they admitted me. I was told they have a urologist (they do not) it took them two days to properly diagnose me. All along …
I would give 10 stars for Gary Rogers the lawncare old man for his excellent work he does for keeping the grounds Looking Great, he should have already Retired but unfortunately he can’t he gotta keep working. …
I can tell you two for sure reasons why. Nurse Connie for me and Nurse Stacey in the nursery. Those two are above and beyond the definition of nurses. Those two deserve recognition. They LOVE their jobs they LOVE their patients. They truly are definition of what your hospital represents.
Wonderful care. Fourth floor nurses & staff- nuclear medicine & stress test department were all fantastic. I received excellent care.
Had a very short wait time from the time I went in to the time I left, Alexis Riggs was the best nurse, she was so polite and constantly checked on me… I couldn’t have asked for a better experience 😁 …
The entire staff took good care of me from start to finish! I felt very cared for & the treatment & medicine choices left me feeling much better than when I arrived. Thank you CRMC for excellent service at the ER!
They took good care of my mother. She loved the staff, doctors, and nurses. Nurse Dustin is a wonderful nurse. Wonderful experience.
Truly the best ER experience. Everyone was kind, considerate, and thoughtful. Only had to stay 2 hours and they were incredible. I would recommend Cullman for all emergency needs.
Our doctor was great. Nursing staff had a couple great nurses and a couple that need to change their profession. The Worst anesthesiologist I have EVER seen or heard about!! My pregnant wife was getting a C section and complained of …
All patients are not treated the same! Waited over 3 hours in severe pain at the er and still didn’t get seen, let and went to a different er!
If I could leave a zero star I would. The nurses and nurses aides are great, Dr. Singireddy was great. The hospitalist Dr. Stuart and the policies are not. …
Nurses & Staff were very professional, very prompt, and very nice putting my needs before their own. Dr Cottingham is the man!! Always courteous & explains everything where you can understand it. Highly recommend him if your situation is under his umbrella of treatment.
Absolutely terrible emergency room care. Horrible staff and awful wait times. Don’t go up here with a sick kid unless you want to wait for 3-5 hours. absolutely terrible and someone needs to figure this out.
The doctor and nurse I had was very wonderful they care about me and what was wrong then anything didn’t wait that long for any pain meds
Wonderful local hospital. I’m so thankful we have such a good hospital here in Cullman. Everyone was efficient, polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Cullman Regional.
My Mother was in there for a badly broken arm and she has a few nurses that were great but for the most part they were unprofessional and disrespectful. My Mom is 78 yrs old !
Go to Birmingham if you are able. You will get the bare minimum in care and 80% of the staff are rude. Also if you are in pain it would be better to go to any other hospital. Cullman treats every patient like they are drug seeking.
I came in due to a parasitic infection. It’s still unknown to me what type that I have, even after being discharged. The doctor didn’t give me a list of side effects papers for the one pill prescription that he prescribed. Albendazole 400 …
If u have a child with a medical emergency, drive the 45 minutes to Children’s in Birmingham. CRMC is at least a 2 hr wait, even for a severly Autistic child with a broke leg. This hospital is poorly ran and needs a good leader, who will care about disabled children.
I went to Cullman ER today and everyone was so caring and very nice. I didn’t have to wait long. I am very pleased. It is one of the cleanest ER I have ever seen.
I took my daughter to the er Dr orders. We waited for Ct one tech came around and said she would find out what was going one she was very nice. The Doctor was very nice but one of the nurses was very rude, and when the tech came back over I …
After being treated like we didn’t matter at Huntsville Pediatric ER, Cullman was a very big relief to me. They listened to my concerns about how sick my 11 month old was, I am extremely thankful for them!
If I could give 0 I would. This hospital made me feel like my problems didn’t matter because they were busy. I went to the er for my blood pressure dropping and it’s been a problem before when I was bleeding internally and the nurse in triage told me that they wouldn’t do anything for me and she recommended that I didn’t get seen.
I had a good experience through the ED but I had one nurse who came on at 7am who was rude and hateful. The hospital is represented by its workers and my 3 star review is on her shoulders. She either needs a break cause she is burnt out or needs to find another job. And my opinion comes from 25 years of being a nurse myself.
The waiting room was nasty. And when we did get to go to a room , there were 2 or 3 rooms on board dirty and no house keeper cleaning cart was parked no one around had to wait to start with 1 hour and a half to get took back because of …
The staff and docs in the ER are absolute professionals! I wouldn’t hesitate to take any member of my family there for treatment. Super pleasant, accomodating, and easily some of the most gorgeous nurses in the South!!!
EVERY time i have ever had to come to Cullman Regional ER (with emergent symptoms), wait time has always been 3+ hours. Employees are rude and have no sympathy. I work in healthcare, and have never experienced anything like this facility. …

I had a great experience at Cullman regional from the er staff to the care from the Drs nurses technician to cna to house keeping were great they were so nice and caring and all around great hospital love the care I got
My treatment was adequate, but I did not see a physician at the ER. I presented with chest pain and high blood pressure, but that apparently doesn’t rise to the level of care by a physician at Cullman Regional Emergency room
Took my 4 month old in for a accidental in-home head injury where we were told that the physician did not “feel” a fracture. Refused to do a head CT. Took him to childrens immediately after discharge where he has 2 skull fractures.
I came to the ER, a few days ago, with what I thought was kidney stone. I was indeed right. I was taken back, in a timely manner, saw the Dr. shortly, followed by a nurse with an IV and meds. I was taken for a scan, to verify the trouble. I was treated with care and respect. Thank you !
I had a recent 24hr. Hospital stay boy I tell you what why the hospital is spending all this money they really need to spend some money and UPDATE their old hard beds!!! 24hrs 2hrs of sleep and a bed sore from pressure point on the old hard …
Only giving a 5 star bc the experience I had in the ER when I got to the back. Dr Kevin Sidhu was amazing he was very concerned and wasn’t letting me go home bc Cullman wasn’t comfortable keeping me as a patient bc I had a blood infection. He got me transferred to Brookwood.
The staff are very sweet and professional. You couldn’t ask for any better. But ..I had 2 blood work tests done at the Emergency room and they never bothered to call me back with the results. I had to call them and the lady I spoke to had …
I can not say enough how much my stay at CRMC restored my faith in humanity and the medical community overall. After a life times worth of bad experiences with Huntsville Hospital Healthcare Systems be it Decatur Morgan campus, Parkway, …
I just want to thank God for steering me in the direction of Cullman Medical ER. He was seen to promptly, and all measures were taken to treat him and to determine the reasoning behind the sickness. Thank you to the entire staff on November 5-6, 2022, for going over and beyond your calling. May God bless you all!!❤️
I was scheduled for gallbladder surgery on 9/15. A week-ish before, the dr.’s office starts asking for FULL payment of what is EXPECTED to be owed after surgery. I’ve been around enough hospitals with family members to know you shouldn’t …
Went in for chest pains with high blood pressure and high heart rates and was told that because I have anxiety that I was probably having an anxiety attack and then proceeded to talk over me when I tried to explain to them that my anxiety …

I had a great experience with this facility. All of the employees from the intake person to the physician was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and kind. All of the treatment I received was above and beyond exceptional care and service 😁 …
Dr.Pepper is a horrible person and has a fowl mouth . He was mean and he slammed doors and told me he wasn’t dealing with me anymore. I have stress seizures, my neurologist told me to go to the hospital because I was having a different kind …
An amazing and very talented maternity ward. They genuinely care about each and every patient. Also I would like to give kudos to the anesthesiologist Dr Mory. You are definitely awesome at ur job. That was the first time that I have had a Pic line put in my ankle and I didn’t even feel it. U should train others on how to do it. Thanks
This evening was the best experience I’ve ever had at CRMC – my baby went back immediately and the nurses and doctor came in right away. I can say when it’s truly a emergency this hospital takes it very serious. The reason you are having to …
Well I got punched in the face by my girlfriends cousin and he broke my face but over all the nurses were nice and kept me laughing which helped keep the pain off of my face. The doctor talked to me like a grown adult rather than a child …
CRMC emergency room nursing staff is an absolute joke. I came in with severe kidney stones, blood in my urine, and was in extreme pain. Once I was in my room, it took almost 2 hours for anyone to come in to address my pain. 3 different …
The entire staff was so caring and concerned. Very thorough in everything they did for me. I appreciate each and everyone of them greatly. To be so sick it was my best experience yet at Cullman Regional. The new doctor that o was able to see will be an amazing benefit to this hospital and the patients coming through the doors.
