The water seems to be OK but the cost is way to expensive. They are cleaning and piping an abundantly available natural resource and my average bill is over $70 a month. What a joke when most of my family in Anderson county pay $30 or less a month.

Something changed with their webpage. I cannot access it from outside the country. Thanks for making it impossible to pay my bill while I am outside of the US. Just another reason I wish I could get a different provider for my water service.
I don’t trust the water out here. Tonight it’s yellow. When we first moved here about 3 years ago it was constantly getting shut off and we would have brown yellow or white water. And tiny gravel that eventually destroyed one of our shower heads. Tonight it’s yellow again
Nice folks, but the service seems to be stuck in the 80s. No phone app, no online service requests/application, and no auto-pay. They certainly need a hand catching up with the times, or some competition to drive progress.
