Absolutely the BEST phone company we have ever had. This company stays on top of the latest technology, for which we are grateful. GREAT internet and phone service! I can’t say enough good things about our beloved CTC. My husband and I have been business and residential customers since 1987.
The internet service is absolutely horrendous. Our actual internet speed can only reach about 50% of the speed we pay for. Constant internet interruptions that seem to happen every week. Can only stream one video at a time and you can forget about playing online video games. Too bad they are the only provider available in the area.
