The only thing they are good at is collecting money, they will squeeze you, including a conviene fee for automatic payments, who charges that when the bank sends them the money straight every month I could see if I used a credit card, and good luck if you ever need them to do their job helping homeowners. I am being nice with two stars

  4. This company manages a property across the street from me. Despite repeated requests, they have failed to clear the sidewalk in front of their property. My children use this sidewalk for their bus stop and it is covered in weeds, poison ivy, and trash. The upkeep of the property is sorely lacking!!!

  5. Each time we call for info we get a different person who either does not know how to get the info we need and/or they’re rude to begin with. Would not be surprised if its a revolving door over there. Typical of organizations where upper management and above put their own interests before anyone else.

  7. After sending an initial inquiry in August about a concern we had, multiple follow-up emails and phone calls, not one person had gotten back to us. Brian Carlson – if you are out there be sure to check your email once in a while.

  8. Awful service. If they are going to deny an improvement , what is the point in waiting 30 days then say no. Doesn’t maintain the common area but quick to send us a nice if we were couple of days late in cutting the grass.

  10. Extremely poor customer service. Lack of response from the rep has caused my HOA to take malicious measures that would have been avoided had the representative responded to my correspondence in a timely manner.

  13. Non-friendly staff, called 2 times explained my questions/concerns the person on the other end was short as if I was bothering them! Once the call was completed didn’t get a goodbye or have a good day! Wouldn’t do business with them but unfortunately that is out of my hands!

  14. Very caring people who do a great job. Many people do not understand the function of an HOA management company and place blame for problems with the wrong people. Caryn Cusick leads an elite organization of dedicated professionals. In particular, Rita Barrett and Laura Shadron always seek to exceed expectations.

  15. Terrible company with a vindictive uncaring manager. Issues fines without allowing proper time to resolve the issue. Valarie (I think that’s her name) selectivity targets and inforces rules inconsistently. Choose another company!

    Can barely keep track of checks mailed and do not cash in a timely manner.
    Website is outdated and difficult to navigate. Sky-high convenience fees are just another way for Cusick to line their pockets.

HOA’s be warned… Former condo association pres, so experienced property mngt first-hand… Extremely poor or non-existent communication from Cusick with residents bringing up questions about violations. During HOA annual meetings, the “property director” is impersonal with no follow-up. I’d look elsewhere for your community.

  22. Nicole Furrow from Cusick Management has been helpful, always returns my phone calls even when she is at her home. This morning we had serious underground water leak, Nicole was on the phone and had the plumber on our property within an hour of report.

  57. I have been given notices for bare patches in lawn when it is obvious that I am in the process of renovating. I even stood outside when the person in a car drove by and they didn’t stop to ask me anything. HOA is not supposed to be a revenue generator.
