Had to pick the trash can up myself after a month of them saying they would bring it that week. Now my lid is broken and it’s been almost 2 months of them saying they would bring me a new one. Customer service sucks.
So happy to have switched over to Cyclone and have already gotten two more people to switch. The big blue company that I was with raise their rates almost quarterly.

The staff is so friendly from the office staff to the drivers. Everything was so easy when ordering a roll off dumpster. I have had zero issues with my last year of monthly trash service either. I have recommended them to a handful of people and will continue to do so.
