  4. After putting me on hold for 5 minutes, the person answering the phone for this institution was very unpleasant. Hope it is not a sign of patient care level.

  5. They almost killed me,Was having chest pain took them 4 and half hours after I ask to be taken to hospital they did not call 911 but private ambulance it took 30 mins to get there I had a heart attack

  15. I have been trying to call to speak to my mom and they hang up on me every time I call. They answer and just hang up. I am so angry I’ve been trying all day to get connected to her and they hang up every call and no one can visit because of COVID.

  16. This is like jail with doctors, and drugs. Avoid at all costs. Food is unbelievably gross and you sleep in a pine box. It’s filthy as well. I was absolutely inundated with disgust. I’m scared to death I may have to go again. Love Dr. Lucas, though, sweetest thing on two legs.

  17. This hospital was terrible! When I went after a failed suicide attempt, they made me strip in front of a person I didn’t even know,(Thank god this person was female), I was put in a ward where patients were making sexual jokes and sexually harassing me and the other female patients. If anything this hospital did more harm than good!

  20. How can this facility treat anyone with mental or substance abuse issues when they employ people with mental and substance abuse themselves!!? One “specialist” can’t even admit they have a problem even though they have numerous DWI’s is on probation!! No one like that should be allowed to treat others.

  21. rude people. Not a healthy environment for people seeking help. I asked for an updated policy on procedures and they just told me to leave. I was calm and tried to be nice and gain information. Do not take people you care about here.

  22. Getting ZERO feedback on what is going on with my child other than one phone call where I was being pushed to let her take medications that she does not need. No visitation due to COVID. I have NO IDEA what the plans are for discharge. This is ridiculous.

  23. The staff was really nice, but the showers were freezing, there was no 1 on 1 therapy, the food was gross, the chairs were horrible, and they refused to give me my pain meds (even though my Mother brought it for me).
I was in the adolescent unit.
