Great experience overall. Staff is very caring and in such a good and positive mood! I stayed 2 days and received the best care I could have asked for.
This is the best place to go where you dont have to wait for assistance when you hit that buzzer. The nurses and staff are very aware of the patients needs and go out of their way to help. Everytime I needed surgery done and I heard it was going to be at Cypress Pointe I would tahe a deep breathe and relax. Post Op was even better.
From the time you walk in to Cypress Pointe Hospital to the time you leave you are treated like family! From the front desk, nurses, and physicians you can’t ask for a better experience! Definitely the only place I would trust to do my surgical procedure!
I’d drive all the way from NJ to come here for any surgeries. Staff is excellent with patients and families and the surgeons and doctors are on top of their stuff. By far very impressed. Very clean as well.
