Received a late notice for a bill that was never received due to issues with the postal service. Office staff not helpful. I have never been late with a bill. Their staff said nothing they can do about it. I guarantee I was not the only customer that their bill did not arrive.
This place needs to be investigated by attorney General. Higher sawer bill of luzerne county..they refuse to take my garbage because i didn’t pay my bill but they continue to bill my property for garbage removal. They even put lean on my property but no garbage been picked up past 2 years.
