Terrible service
The drive through is horrible, the machine’s are always broken.
They suck. $2.50 fee just to withdraw your own money. Crap.
Very friendly and helpful with all my questions. Would recommend to all my friends. Thank you for your support..
Great credit union and great customer service Diane at teh Rimrock Rd location is great to work with.
The staff was super friendly and was able to help me fix a problem with my account. I would recommend them to everyone. They truly are here for their customers.
They gave me the best car loan rate when no one else would. The people are friendly and easy to talk too.If you have problems with your payments they are always there to help.
**Updating to 4 stars – My original comment indicated that the customer service was poor and that it was difficult to close an account, but that was hasty. I’ve since been able to get all questions answered and all issues wrapped up. …
I had a great experience with DCCU, the person who helped me was very informative in all that I needed to know and was very nice too. Thanks for making my first time opening an account a smooth and easy process!
DCCU has teen checking accounts where I get my own debit card and my mom can help me learn how to manage my account! Plus they have a cool teen blog about how to handle $.
Great service! Long time member. Everyone should use a credit union. Costs are lower. Fees are lower. Rates are always competitive. Great student accounts with parent oversight too.
Overall I’ve been really happy with them and the customer service is awesome.
However, beware if you try even finding information regarding cancelling an extended warranty with them. You have to fill out a form and mail it or walk it in …
I love this credit union! I was a member at another credit union and they ended up getting too big, too fast! I felt like a number, not a member. Dane County is perfect. Great rates, fees and membership perks. Everybody is friendly and …
I’ve been a member for almost 30 years. DCCU has always been friendly and helpful. The staff is knowledgable and willing to work with me. I feel like I am part of a team to find the best solution for my financial questions. There is real diversity I behind the counter and in their advertising. This is a credit union for real people!

Emilio did a fantastic job getting my daughter everything we needed for her. He was professional and efficient. Nice part is they actually care about their customer!!! My go to place to do banking business!! Its worth giving them a call if you need something. Check them out.
Have yet to leave the bank without an error being made. I don’t know what’s worse, the time a teller enclosed bank statements from my child’s account which I presented to our mortgage lender, or the time they transferred $4,000.00 of my …
I’ve been banking with DCCU for almost 15 years. For the most part, they’ve been wonderful, helping me with loans, and being just good people, but the last year, something has changed. …
Should have known that the merger with Heartland CU would be a disaster. When my auto loan was closed during the conversion, my credit score dropped 20 points. I also need to set up a complicated external transfer to make a loan payment to …
I used to love this location. My partner overdrew her checking account once, and we went in that week to pay the overdraft. Since it was the first time, they even offered to waive the fee. Everything sounded great. Two years later, no …
The lobby hours change often. There drive up will not take checks bigger then $10,000 when you go to the front door she tells you that’s there policy lifts hands in the air and closed door. So I call, Credit unions are supposed to be for …
