Went with one star because that’s the lowest option I had..
I’ve been in the offices several times setting up my account and paying my bill and the ladies have been so friendly and helpful.
We have always had problems with the water quality here at Daphne.. it is not everyday but regularly sporadic. Has anyone else had issues like this?

Trash service are some of the laziest!
They are the worst service ever. When you pay your bill on time, and they credit to another that is closed. We are sorry, but we can’t help you. But, you still owe your bill. I will be calling the head office.
I would like to thank Kelly Delaney for helping my client who opened her new Utilites account for wonderful customer service… she was so helpful and informative. She made my client who was a new first home buyer feel so comfortable…I can’t wait to bring another client to Daphne..
Called two consecutive days to report yard trash not picked up. No return call. No action. Trash still there. Pathetic customer service. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
We had a leak in our yard over the weekend and called Daphne Utilities. They had their 24 hours response person contact me within 20 minutes and she was at our house in 30 min. Amber was incredibly nice, and did a great job helping us fix our line. Way above and beyond what we expected. Thanks so much Amber!
