There is no way to deposit cash unless you go there during bank hours. Extremely inconvenient. The old ATM used to allow it. The after hours deposit box has a sign that says “NO CASH”, so the bank’s response to my review makes no sense and is a great example of the incompetency I have witnessed here. Do not recommend.

There is no way to deposit cash unless you go there during bank hours. Extremely inconvenient. The old ATM used to allow it. They have terrible customer service, their website for automatic payment is awful and they will add an EXPENSIVE insurance policy to your loan without even telling you. The bank itself is great. The third party company they use for insurance declarations is a can of suck. Two years in a row they’ve tried to charge me fees for “not having insurance” on my motorcycle. Very irritating that it’s over an hour process to get it fixed.
