Decatur Telephone has the worst service ever! I called FOUR DAYS AGO about an Internet problem and never received a call back. Believe me, if I had a choice to take my business elsewhere, I WOULD!
Great phone company, excellant customer service, really care about customers, fast and reliable. Always been helpful….i have had other phone companies and this has been the best.
As soon as there are other internet options here, I’ll ne keeping my $140 a month and taking it somewhere that they can keep internet working, because it sure ain’t here!
It goes down all the time, very slow internet as well. If there was anything else at all available I would pick it. Literally when I had aol dialup. It was better than this internet .
Is it possible to give less than one star? Because that’s being VERY generous! Absolutely useless!!!! This company is at best a bad joke. They ignore customers, delete voice mails without listening and have ZERO after hour support! Please internet gods give us a better alternative to these Mayberry rejects!
If I could rate zero stars, I would. They are slow, unreliable, unfriendly, and payment methods are supremely inconvenient. How does an ISP not take payments online??? They don’t even take cards in person!!! If I had a choice, I wouldn’t be a customer.
Only one word can describe Decatur Internet service. Horrendous. It’s worse than some hotel wifi I have used. I pay $70 a month for 6 Mbps and it is awful. The worst part about it is that this is the only internet service that people can get. It’s 2018. Something has to be done!!!!!
Nice people, occasional dropouts on ADSL but no where near as bad as I had on At&t. Speed could use a boost so I’ll leave that last star off until they finish running fiber my way.
No 24 hour service. Internet is always disconnecting. Too expensive for the Mbps that they offer. They really need to be bought out by a company that knows what they are doing. Only gave them a 1 cause it wouldn’t let me rate them without a star.

This is the second time our internet has went out in 2 weeks. Not sure what is going on. But definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I’ve had their internet for 2 years. It’s plenty fast and reliable, and they are quick to respond to any issues.
