  4. I find the staff here make a real effort to be helpful and pleasant. Being an increasingly slow, old duffer, who gets real confused, and tries to pay the same bill two days running, I sure appreciate their patience and sense of humor.

  5. They just cut off their phone so you cant call and tell them about power outages or get updates. Evidently they use this as a tool so the don’t have to listen to customers.
