Horrible company. Was suppose to have unlimited phone service but they then charged me for every phone call i made!!!! Then they always say it’s your fault even though you have called them about this problem and even went to the office. Do not go with this company. Id rather go with spectrum
Expensive as it is the only option for the region, my bill averages $120 fro landline and internet. The company uses any opportunity to charge excessively for reconnection an other things. After rent , DTC is the most expensive bill.
My experience: Weeks ago the internet speed, ∼5Mbps, dropped to and has remained at half, 2.5Mbps). They refuse to fix it. But the bill remains the same!
They’re the only game in town and behave accordingly.
Employees are most courteous and all try to help you with any problems that you have. I feel they go out of their way to make you feel important and to address any issues at any time. Whether you were dressed them in person or over the phone, again, they are the best.

When I moved to Delhi NY, 5k people, I wasn’t expecting anything as far as telecommunications. But I had better service there, and better customer service than when I lived in Flagstaff AZ, 70k people. Bravo on your fiber network, you put larger companies to shame.

Fast! We have 5 people in our home all streaming and playing games and we have zero issues. The installation went great and the tech worked with me getting the equipment set up exactly where I wanted it.
Our congregation recently began holding hybrid meetings which required a much better internet service. We contracted with Delhi Tel. The sales person was very helpful and the technicians performing the install were on time, very efficient and professional. Every detail has been flawless with wonderful results.
The worst internet . They will promise you a speed internet of 75/100 and you lucky if you get half of that speed I know we can not watch t.v at evening hours We called several times And not getting no where . Customer service is good most times.
