Super bad experience. Their process is awful and their customer care didn’t even make sense to exist. Just wish to influence our HR to change the carrier!
Very helpful on the phone. The rep could have passed me onto another group but she asked the right questions and decided it was better to answer my question with what she had access to than to pass me off and waste my time. Holly did a great job today!
Customer service was rude on the phone. They do not cover needed procedures that are to save a tooth. I also grind my teeth and refuse to pay for a mouth guard that would prevent me from losing my teeth as well.

Might have missed that when i went to an agent to buy dental insurance😡 Mine litteraly just covers the cleaning every 6 months. I think i end up paying way more than what a cleaning costs smdh …
Horrible website with limited information on active plans and prior year expenses. Benefits, customer service, and the overall experience pales in comparison to better insurance such as MetLife Dental. Avoid at all cost if you can.
I’ve called in numerous times over the last few months due to an issue with a root canal and crown. Every time I have called in the CSR that I’ve spoken to has been friendly and helpful. In addition to this, I’ve received excellent coverage and assistance to cover the max amount of my expenses possible!
