Very hard to work with. Not customer oriented at all. A very expensive plan. I would advise anyone to look elsewhere.

This insurance is WORTHLESS! Do not do business with these people. They will take your monthly payments, but will find a way not to pay anything. Telephone reps are also worthless and not helpful.
One star is too much. This company paid nothing, has an excuse always for not paying, and can take longer to decide it is not paying than anything I have ever experienced. HORRIBLE! Also every excuse possible why I shouldn’t withdraw from coverage.
Will not cover a routine exam scheduled for my son 6 days before it has been 6 months since his last appointment despite him needing to head to college that following week. It is unfortunate that we are unable to use the insurance that we are paying for as we need it.
I would give a lower rating I could. TERRIBLE customer service. Terrible communication. I ended up paying more than $700 out of pocket. Called 4 times to try to fix the issue and they basically blamed me and denied any help.

Happy to accept monthly payments, and claim to pay a reasonable portion of routine dental procedures. Turns out they set a ridiculously low maximum cost for basic procedures without making that clear in the plan benefits. Never getting my money again, this company is a complete scam.

I am not able to find any dentist in network within 100-mile radius. The last bill was covered only 38%. Even though they claim they cover 100% of preventive care, I ended up paying $101 for annual images and cleaning. Very disappointed.
