It always take weeks for Delta MN to process estimates or claims. When I call in to inquiry, rep on the phone always say they haven’t received it even my dentist office summited days or weeks ago.

Completely useless dental plan, full of loopholes for them to avoid reimburse the patients. They have different types of complicated PPO arrangements with doctors, which patients are not informed about, and then they use all sorts of excuses to deny reimbursements for claims.
