Bad place to have business with. They never provide any customer service. It is ridiculous that you have to waste two weeks without talking to a person. Still no answer.
I wish I could give a negative. Rudest customer service ever! Literally hung up on me after telling me they couldn’t help. I was about to ask who else I could speak to when they just hung up.
Very unhelpful rep named Tina, didn’t listen to my question, just sent me to the automated system! Next time, try listening to what the caller is asking!!

Horrible customer service!! Tried to have my password reset online and it wouldn’t let me so it gave me a number to call. Lady who answered has a bad attitude. Customer Service Reps shouldn’t give customers a hard time because they’re having a bad day!
This insurance agency needs to be officially investigated for fraud. Having a machine answering the phone only to be automatically transferred to a full message mailbox is criminal!
