  1. I have never had a problem with this place until today a very rude chick answers and was very obnoxious and kept talking in circles and so i handed the phone to my husband and he was nice to her and then she hung up on him!

  3. Worst customer service and communication. Elevate “techs” don’t know what they are doing and don’t know office hours. Multiple calls and long periods on hold… and no internet for days. Very poor communication. Very poor.
