These guys are amazing. We occasionally forget to bring the trash to the curb and these guys go above and beyond and have brought it to the curb for us and emptied it. Incredibly thankful and will always do business with them!
Everyone at Denali Refuse is incredible; from taking your payment to taking your trashcan, they all go the extra mile! I highly recommend them over the competitor to anyone living in the valley.

We are new to the area, and the insane wind Palmer gets. Denali was incredibly responsive when I was concerned about how I would be able to switch out my can for a larger one today, without it blowing away. Everyone I’ve talked to is super nice, friendly, and INCREDIBLY accommodating. I’m so glad we went with them!
Ridiculously difficult to get someone on the line- and when you do, they’ll tell you you called the wrong office (even though you called the number on the bill) and won’t help you. Not a good start for a brand new service. I’ll probably be switching to anyone else.
They are courteous, friendly, and willing to provide any information they can about the services they offer. The trucks are always on-time. Denali Refuse offers different can sizes, roll off’s and bins. Their prices are reasonable and I will continue to use them and support a local business.
