One of the key features that differentiates Denver Back Pain Specialists from other Physical Therapy and Spine Pain Treatment clinics is that our non-evasive treatment is provided by spine specialized doctors. Our physical therapists have specialized in the treatment of the spine for a minimum of 10 years and also hold a doctorate level of education in physical therapy. They are either Orthopedic Certified Physical Therapists through the American Physical Therapy Association or are Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapists.

This place is run terribly. Lost MRI discs, horribly rude intake receptions who blatantly turn in-pain patients away despite being on-time. Our doctor left soon after we began seeing him. Now we know why.
Care seems to be very good on the PT side. MRI was sitting “in the faxes” for three days. I had to call them and follow up. A little frustrated.
I’ve had a wonderful experience with Dr. Shoemaker as well as the staff. They have gone above and beyond to help and Dr. Shoemaker really takes the time to make sure that you are well informed about treatment and recovery expectations.

I was 5 min late to an appointment they charge me $50. Then one time I was on time fo am appointment and waited an hour past my appointment still wasn’t seen by the doc. Ask them why if I’m 5 min late they charge me $50 but if they are over an hour late no big deal. “Oh our policy blah blah blah” money hungry and worthless doctors.
I really enjoy working w Dr. Jadon- he makes me feel listened to and validated and has effectively helped me manage my chronic lower back pain and some other spinal issues. Reception is great as well.
Staff is concerned about your overall recovery and pain management. You can schedule injections in a timely manner. Dr. Bainbridge is truly concerned about your comfort.
Have been working with Marcia for a few months at this point. She is great and is definitely helping to push me to be able to work past my post surgery issues. I’ll never be back at 100% but she will get me to that 99th percent!
