  3. Outpatient Review: I miss the people met here every day since I left. Rae and Constance made me laugh, made me feel heard, and challenged me to regard myself as worthy even when it felt impossible. They taught me many skills that I’ll keep …

  4. Epic psychiatric hospital…spent 5 days here and it literally saved my life…HOWEVER… I suggest avoiding doing any trauma therapy because I know 2 people who did and they are in such a dark place now.

  5. Awful. The staff don’t care about anyone and are often to busy on there phones or talking to other staff. The group talks weren’t helpful and the food sucked. This hospital will make you go crazy.

  6. I was actually hospitalized in this facility for about a week, and it was such a great experience. Very nice and thoughtful staff, that helped me with my recovery. Would 10/10 recommend ☺️

  7. I’ve been here in a waiting room for hours nobody has come to check on me. I’ve told them my head ache/migraine is bad with my sciatic nerve and I’ve been left alone for at least 2.5 hours and counting.

  8. I haven’t experienced a facility like this place before but it was exactly what I needed… meds were on and so were going the groups… realistic smoke breaks and the food was pretty good too. Yoga ….namaste.

  9. DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONE HERE FOR HELP. STAFF HERE ARE, UNCARING, HAVE AN ATTITUDE AND I LEFT HERE IN A RAGE AND IMMENSELY DEPRESSED AFTER BEING LOCKED IN A ROOM FOR 2 HOURS, GIVEN NO INFORMATION OR RESPECT. WHILE ON THE ADMISSIONS WARD …

  10. i was sent here summer of 2019. i was 12. the lack of protection for the minor ward was off-putting. i break down whenever a mental hospital is mentioned because of this place.

  11. The couselor assigned to my son was AWFUL. I made sure to record every conversation with him because he was so inept. Arrogant. I don’t see how he can help others being cocky (especially when he was wrong).

  12. overall service was poor, understaffed and it felt more like a prison that constricted rights than anything else. food was terrible and I get consistent nightmares from this place. 1/1000 don’t recommend

  13. Dont go here… If you decide not to use there services (they lie alot or “misscommunicate”) they will try to place a 72 hour hold on you so they can get there money out of you. Once you go behind the doors your their property. Horrible …

  14. Horrible place – they will trick you into walking in for psychological services. If you tell them you’re not interested in working with them and want to find a different psychologist, they’ll physically detain you and put you in inpatient for 72 hours.

  15. This is a good facility. I have a friend who attended one of the inpatient treatments and they appear to be doing much better. I believe if you want help and put in the effort you’ll obtain favorable results.

  16. I would like to thank the entire staff at Denver Springs you helped me so much. Ana Rodriguez, Bree, Casey, and Dana and everyone else sorry don’t remember everyone but thank you

  17. I have been to this hospital twice and have had the best treatment and the best experience. Great therapist and great doctor’s. One of the nicest facilities for detox or mental health problems. Highly recommended.

  18. Spent two weeks in IOP. It’s been 2-3 months now and still haven’t received final report on findings etc. Now need it for purposes and probably will get ignored with the last call. have made several attempts to reach outpatient services to …

  19. They have owed me 414 dollars for over 3 months now. I can’t get anyone to call me back. I paid over 2k for care and they can’t refund me what is owed? I shouldn’t have to beg for what they verifiably owe me.

  20. The majority of the staff is great, especially Rico. He really helped my stay go smoother with his positive attitude and consistent kindness

  21. Never got the chance to attend the place. I called in need of an IOP, was told someone would call me back the next day for a phone consultation. 5 hours after someone was supposed to call me I finally received a call while I was making …

  23. The staff are some amazing people. I started off a bit of a handful and they remained calm and helped get me back on track. The facility seems to really be in the business of helping people not the business of being in business.

  24. Denver Springs has been fantastic to work with! All of their staff are very professional and knowledgeable regarding the treatment needs of their clients! Denver Springs is one of my recommendations for detox and stabilization services!

  30. Denver Springs always takes excellent care of my clients. All of the staff are respectful, kind, and communicative. Mark Blakeley is the shining star going above and beyond to help clients find the right aftercare.

  31. Bug infested room, nursing staff is rude, they take away your right and make up lies to force people to stay just to get more money. This place should be SHUT DOWN and staffed have their license taken away. The fact thet only respond to …

  32. Fantastic facility if you need help with mental health or addiction. Very nice unit, excellent food, and nice environment. The beds are still a little rough, but they’ve only been open for a few months, so I’m sure they will level out. …

  33. Denver Springs sent over one of their evaluation expert’s (Tatum Srauley) to UCHealth to evaluate my son. She never checked his history of mental illness and said he was ok to be released. Totally incompetent. If she did her job properly he …

  34. My dietary restrictions were ignored repeatedly, I had to ask multiple times over several days for hygiene items like a toothbrush before I received any. The night staff lack basic compassion and the day staff are overworked. A lot slips through the cracks here. I wouldn’t recommend this to anybody.

  35. Staff seemed caring… I had a decent experience except for the fact that when I came for my second appointment for medication management they told me they didn’t take my insurance. However, from the beginning I was told my insurance would …

  39. Son was there for a week. Asked for a vivitrol injection repeatedly but they were in a hurry to discharge. At one point I asked his therapist about the injection and why it hadn’t been administered, but therapist said that was the nurse’s concern, not his. Lack of a discharge plan set him up for a relapse. Major fail.

  42. Pat was welcoming and kind. It is scary to come and see my adult son. Pat was warm and friendly and put me at ease. My first visit during the week at night, was not at all welcoming warm or friendly. That receptionist would do better to take after Pat.

  45. My son spent over a week there last spring. It was costly and we paid the bill before he left. Now almost a year later we got another bill and I’m told it’s the physicians bill. No warning no notice nothing and they won’t call back. They are almost impossible to get ahold of. Be careful knowing what your getting into going there.

  46. Despite SOME wonderful staff members, really an INSURANCE SCAM 🙁
I’ve been here more than once (unfortunately) so I’m in a good position to leave a relatively objective review. I am writing regarding the wing for Drug & …

  80. One of the most traumatic experiences of my life. They coerced me into signing the waiver, and they fraudulently misdiagnosed me with a mental disorder that I absolutely do not have. They should be ashamed of themselves, but they are not. They have absolutely no issue with ruining a person’s life.

  81. If I could give it a negative score I would. Communication is aweful. Pushing back the release date everytime I talk to someone, which is never the same person. Making a liar out of me to my loved ones on when a release will happen. I can …

  82. If I could give this place a zero, I would. I guarantee you that your loved one will not improve as a result of the care that he/she receives at this facility. Most probably, they will come out worse than when they went in. Absolutely the worst excuse for a mental health facility imaginable.
