I’ve had positive experiences and satisfaction each time I’ve contacted Denver Water or worked with field staff over the last few years.
The water provided by Denver Water is so dirty that will do harm on all its customers.
I have a store at Speer and federal, water is so yellow with sand that I quit …
Good water.
Employees are rude.
Very rude and terrible communication skills.
Fabulous person over the phone!
Oh buddy! That’s some good water!
About what you expect from a public utilities office
This website is horrible for paying bills. What used to be easy is impossible
Beautiful campus and buildings!!
I have always received courteous professional service!
Just turned off my water to work on stuff down the street. WITH NO NOTIFICATION OF DOING IT.
Job site this week on Friday
Very nice folks. Great professional service. Kimberly was fantastic!
Rocky Mountain water for a reasonable price. You can’t go wrong.
Denver Water is great, the staff always in a good mood and always willing to help! A+
Was not informed this morning that the water would be turned off to my neighborhood. Supervisor on site said it was a “spur of the moment” shut off.
Just had to transfer service for new rental property and had the nicest customer service rep help me over the phone.
Tried the callback service provided on the automated system. Two hours later I decided just to call back.
Erica was extremely helpful and easy to work with. I hope the entire staff is as compassionate and understanding!
Denver has the best water for a large municipality in the USA. good stuff
I spoke to a very kind, patient, and helpful customer service agent today. Thank you for providing such excellent service.
This is a very poorly developed website. Customer service is non-existent. Any problems good luck.
They will lie to you and not follow thru, and not even inform you of what they did. You have to call them out before they admit anything and then say “well what’s done is done, deal with it” -Heather Stauffer and Michael King are two-faced scum.
Denver Water showed it’s true values after poisoning hundreds of prairie dogs that residents fought to save. This is not a company to support.
Had to call in to the billing center and was terrified as I am used to pulling teeth with this type of issue. The rep that answered the phone had connected, listened to the question and fixed my issue before I honestly expected to be on the phone with a rep! Great service!
I think this company absolutely refuses to pick up their phone call. Good luck trying to get someone on a phone call to setup a service.
My Denver water bill comes out of my checking account automatically and I receive an email from Western Union so I clicked on that and I went to Western Union and I found a page that talked to said that about setting up an account with them …
Denver Water has amazing service! Everyone I have worked with is kind, courteous and helpful!
Had a leak on the city side of my water service. They came and checked it out that same day and replaced the service the very next day – very responsive and professional.
Great quality water, but they waste money left and right. And give obscene bonus to the CEO while not giving a bonus to anyone else ( search for it if you don’t believe me) …
I call and order “free water filter” every time I get a letter about the lead in my drinking water. I never get the filter but I still get the letters.
DO NOT DRINK THEW WATER HERE, IT IS CONTAMINATED WITH LEAD!!!!!!!!!!
Truck 432 coming out the Hotel , and saw my Federally looking , started looking making sure everything was straight in truck . Good thinking for Him sitting at the stop sign . Clean to that truck boy .for maybe They let go to movies. For lunch time them .
The outside is more gaudy, then the house they used for Scarface. Whoever came up with the small parking lot markings, next to the tracks, should be horsewhipped. The extra parking spots you get by squeezing, is not worth the danger of collision from limited maneuvering room.
They really do have the best servicemen. Tony was at my store within 30 min in the middle of the night on the weekend in freezing weather to shut off a water main for us. Can’t thank these guys enough for taking care of our water.
Just spoke to Kimberley about an issue we we’re having and she was so courteous, kind, and helpful I was flabbergasted. Having dealt with some human slug at 811 who couldn’t be bothered to do her job, this was a welcome change of pace. Truly spectacular customer service.
Water not flowing and then diminished flow. Happened after 5:50 pm so no way to contact. Emergency number not functioning. What can we do but expect some kind of service?
Denver Water signed a contract with Ronnie Purcella on October 30th to kill hundreds of prairie dogs on 8000 E. In the contract, it was noted that Ronnie would need to come back several times to continually gas the prairie dogs until each …
Another sinkhole in front of my house in the same spot that happens twice a year. I reported this to the city and the city council even said they were going to send somebody out to look at it because it’s an ongoing, unresolved issue. …
I advise all customers of Denver water to call for audits of their water usage. I was charged for 28 and 30 thousand gals of water for the last 2 mos and I was not even at my house. I was working in wy. These crooks say whatever they want …
For those of you who are native to Denver you most likely dont realize how good the tap water actually is out here. Growing up in Phoenix and also many years in Los Angeles, I can tell you that Denver has the best water I have ever tasted …
No masks while replacing our water main on Nov 4th those year and construction always started before Denver’s allowed hours. This morning (a Saturday) roll offs were being moved around at 6:35.
I work in Silverthorne and every day I eat my lunch down by the river by the base of the dam behind the outlet stores and I’ve been doing this for nearly 10 years. There is a spot that has shade just off the road that I and many others …
Charging you fees with no notice. People works there is super irresponsible, even if you are trying to communicate, they are just not doing their job. All our tax money are paid for these people who has no good work ethic.
The water main broke yesterday in front of our house. The team sent out to replace/fix was great. They worked for hours in the snow to ensure that our neighborhood had running water. They cleaned up the street on several blocks where …
I feel so bad that the people of Denver have to go with this communist regime that is called Denver Water. They will shut your water off if you owe $100 dollars( which is about a month ). There effort to collect or contact you is non …
Denver Water replaced my old lead water lines in my neighborhood for free. It was a smooth as silk process: they were able to do a consultation ahead of time to make sure the work would be feasible, we scheduled a convenient time for me to be home to have the service done, and they showed up and worked long hours to get the job done!
Every morning I wake up at six in the morning to loud beeping of the trucks and they are so loud I can hear them drive around. I haven’t slept good in five thanks to denver water and the only day I get remotely good sleep is on Sunday …
Denver water not only has great customer service, but they have great water! Most people may not know this, but Denver water offers water tap credits for redevelopment properties (you can save thousands). Furthermore, you call into Denver …
We have been using Denver water since 2017 when we moved into our house. We have had little to no issues with them for 4 years and prior to this incident would highly recommend them. …
Haven’t even started using them and already hate everything about it. Why, in 2021 can I not start service unless I call an automated line, which their website states is basically not being answered cause they have no labor. …
Wide awake at 1 a.m. y thanks to Denver Water and their flashing lights and they’re bringing tools you go talk to the supervisor and truck 6:16 and he is very condescending rude. Also I really like to know the admissions on that truck. Does …
The customer service at Denver water department is abysmal and what world is it okay to tell a customer that we’re done here and hang up on them. We called about a balance that was left over after we bought our house and the representative was extremely rude. Thanks for nothing!!
Got a water filter delivered unexpectedly because apparently the water I’ve been drinking for god knows how long has lead in it and then the filter/pitcher won’t even stay together. Every time I try to pour water from ot the lid comes off …
They don’t answer the phone when you call nor do they respond to email inquiries via their online form when they say they will. It’s like they looked at the Comcast customer service model and thought “we’ll show them”. Congratulations, you …
I’ve had nothing but excellent customer service with DW. I had a leak somewhere on my property raising my water bill to over $1,000/mo. It took me several months to track down the source of the leak and every time I thought I’d find a …
Denver Water has such an amazing team! Our water in my Cap Hill apartment is really hard so they gave everyone a Brita… After having mine stolen twice because of the neighborhood I called and a gentleman named James went out of his way to personally deliver it to me at work in Wash Park. It honestly blew my mind! Thanks James!
City replaced the incoming sewer line into my house as part of their campaign to get rid of outdated pipes. When replacing, they somehow got so much dirt and debris in the pipes that my washer and hot water heater got clogged. Their …
WHY DID IT TAKE SO LONG TO ADDRESS LEAD IN OUR WATER? How many suffered from this ineptness….and now
WHY is no one in Denver talking about restricting the growth of real estate …
I love how my water flows mud and contaminates for 2 days and not a word from Denver Water or Southgate.
They decided to cancel my autopay without telling me, so my monthly water bills were stacking up and I didn’t realize until my landlord received a notice.
Called customer service more than 4x after receiving a vm telling me my water lead test wasn’t able to be completed. A new water testing kit was being sent to me. Weeks later nothing. In the meanwhile I am paying for bottled water service …
I called Denver Water for a very important matter and their Automation Line indicated that they were closed and I called at 11:00am!! Could not get through to anyone and I called on a Thursday during business hours!!🤨 I’m sooo UPSET!! …
What if you could call the Utility Companies & actually get someone @ the call center who’s very professional, caring and understanding of your needs or issues with your services? DOESN’T HAPPEN EVER DOES IT? Y’all can agree to disagree but …
I would highly recommend calling the customer service department at Denver Water rather than the automated system. They were very helpful with my online account. Just call the main number and press 2. It’s an especially good day, if you are …
I was having a water line replaced from the street to my house and Brian Day was helpful along the way. He explained the process to me and what I needed to do once the job was complete. Thanks Denver Water for having such a nice and caring person working for you!! And my dog Dakota agrees with me!!
Denver Water care so much about the people they serve. It’s hard to tell people that they made a mistake 50+ years ago when they didn’t realize the impacts of lead pipe, but they are so proactive about regulations and improving service once information is received.
This is literally a scam company and I highly recommend you avoid renting or owning any property that requires usage of Denver water. I also cannot believe utilities in the city of denver are not regulated. Denver water representatives on …
