Typically a great place with great staff. Been coming here for years without issue. Today I was 13 minutes late due to travel traffic and I was denied per their 10 minute rule. Really? I’m currently in Room 4 in an extremely hot room. My appointment was for 2:55pm. I was left in this hot room so I opened the door for some cool air and asked receptionist how much longer I needed to wait. Another 20 minutes which would mean I will see the PA around 340pm. We’ll see.
