Just so you know – The front desk staff has NO CONTROL of when the patients are called back into the exam rooms. Patients are called back according to their appointment times – unless they are over 10 minutes late and then they have to wait to be worked back into the schedule.
Dr.Wang is the worst ever. Does not look at your chart and does not take time to listen to you. Just wants to quick diagnos and is in and out of office. Very rude also. we will never go back to this office again. Would have liked to give a no star. The staff could care less about your complaint also.
Love Dr. Wang. We first saw him ten years ago when my son was just 2 years old for a rash. He was wonderful with him, and I ended up making an appointment for myself just to have a skin check. We have referred several people to him and they love him as well. He is very thorough and very good with kids as well.
Dr Wang has treated my now-18-year old son for over 9 years and has been polite, efficient and very caring. He always takes the time to answer our questions and our whole family will use him again.
