This is absolutely the worst customer service I can possibly imagine. The “Dr” was beyond incompetent and not helpful whatsoever. And to even fathom that another woman would be so disgusting and rude is very sad. The nurse & Lilly my Nurse Practitioner were awesome. They asked questions and answered my questions. Lilly found a possible Basel Cell on my neck and removed it for biopsy and cauterized my neck. Very professional and nice!
It was very pleasant with the greeter at the door and I was quickly moved directly to the designated room. The NP explained the procedure and how I was to care for the removal of a skin cancer. She explained the cause and what I was to expect from the lab. Her assistant was also very friendly and informative. A great experience.

They erased all my stress an anxiety with answering all of my questions plus informing me with lots of valuable information.
