The appointment receptionist was really unprofessional. I called to ask a question about Tricare, she said no they don’t accept and I was still talking and she just hung right up while I was talking! It was a loud click on the phone. I was baffled! Very rude!!
I called to make an appointment and because I was a cash pay the soonest they would see me was almost a month out. That tells me that they are probably over billing insurance. It is all about the money. I will look for a doctor that is concerned about their patience and not the most they can get from them.
The front desk lady was so rude and they told me to be there at 6:30 and it is now 6:40 and I been standing outside in 40 degree weather since they told me to and they just watched me stand there and didn’t open the door till just now ! So far I do not like this place and we will see what the doctor is
They NEVER answer the phone. Office is always closed according to the answering machine you’ll eventually become very familiar with. Everyone I spoke to aside from the doctor and nurse had a “not my job attitude and grew seemingly more irritated with each legitimate question I asked.
Dr Miller and staff did a wonderful job. Very professional and compassionate at the same time. Very pleased with the results
