The staff at this “dr’s office” is a joke. They are very rude to patients and I will not be returning!! I have never been treated so poorly as I have here. They need some training on how to treat human beings.
Dr. Maouad was very nice and helpful. However, the boorish behavior by the support staff (secretary, billing department, etc.) ruined any chance of me ever returning.
Friendly and knowledgable staff. Going for micro-needling. The aesthetician was great and made sure I was comfortable before my first treatment. I cannot wait for my next two sessions!
