Customer service on the website leaves much to be desired. The change in billing systems did not achieve a customer friendly result.
Billing never goes through, their billing process is completely unorganized/hard to keep track of. Takes 5+ calls to even connect to someone for customer service. Then you’re on hold for 30-40 minutes every time.
