  1. This office does not accurately invoice and has no clear policy for payments that they adhere to. The office staff and Dr are in it for the profits only, do not expect to be treated humanely at this office, just another number.

  2. Went here for an epidural to relieve lower back pain. Wound up with a hematoma on the spine and subsequent emergency back surgery. This could have resulted in permanent paralysis. 3 months later I am still recovering from surgery!!
