Have been customer for more than 40 years never had better service ,never ran out oil, always fixed any issues regular tune up prompt service texts always polite and fix right the first time tune up or repair things do break not there fault stuff wears out I highly recommend DF Richard a loyal customer.   3. Do not use this company, they are rude and love to rip you off. There are other propane companies that will help you out for cheaper. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere!!:)

  4. I have a propane account with them and have used them to install equipment at my home. When I ran out of heating oil, they would not deliver oil because I did not have an oil account with them. I will be terminating my propane service and using someone who actually cares about their customers.

  5. Very disappointing… after 23 years as a faithful customer, D. F. Richard refuses to service my heating system. I am a new snowbird and my tenants bought their fuel somewhere else. I’ve been loyal, but where are you when I need you D. F. Richard? Thanks for having my back!

  9. Excellent customer service and timely delivery. I use auto delivery and have never needed to worry. Customer service reps and managers are attentive to customer needs and very helpful. Been a customer for over a year now and was treated very well as a new customer trying to find a provider. Highly recommended

  11. I’ve found their delivery service for oil and propane very satisfactory. When we had an issue with our furnace, the service was prompt and the technician had what seemed to be a specialized part right on his truck. He was in and out in an hour.
