My husband and I have been with DFCU for 37 DFCU. We have a joint checking & saving account and individual accounts. Also we have home loan mortgage with DFCU. We like the DFCU’s personalized service and the way they treat their customers with respect or kindness.

Long lines both in the drive thru and in the lobby. They only ever have two or three tellers working at any given time.

We have a home equity loan through DFCU. Twice now when we have a deposit to cover the automated withdrawal from checking they have placed it into savings. They sent us a notice that we were delinquent. We have had to correct the error. This is at the Fairlane branch only so far. Do not use the Fairlane branch

Card holder services is awful. Have been on the phone for 4 hours and no one can fix the problem. I have been hung up on 3 times.

You won’t get any help from customer services. No one can seem to do basic math or do anything but parrot the same lies. Won’t refund fraudulent charges.
If you have a debit card I strongly recommend you do not use it with these guys. I had my card skimmed and $500 taken out of my checking account. Now DFCU told me it’ll be 10 business days before they can give me my cash back. Unbelievable. American Express doesn’t pull this crap.
