Communication is terrible
Internet constantly drops. I call customer service I get the run around. Been like this for over 3 years waste of money
The worker that came to my house was very friendly and explained what he was doing before he did it. Very professional.
For a LEC, DFT does a superb sense highly professional customer centric job.
By far the worst internet we have ever seen at my house. We average speeds of about 2 mbps. If I could give 0 stars I would.
