This is the worst internet ever. Most of the time you can not even open an email. If you are a gamer forget will; not happen with this service. When you have a problem with these people it is never there fault or ther crapy internet it is always some other persons fault. Do not get this service it is a total scam and ripoff.
I am new to Diamond net used service for several days. So far so good. Speed and services are excellent. Recommend this internet provider. I did not accept their router and I am using dual band high-quality router.
Normally we don’t have any problems with their service but when stopped working so did their phones and websites so I couldn’t even report that we had lost service.
Why am I paying $80 for 75mps and I’m getting 13mps????? Very frustrating I work from home so I need internet and this just isn’t it. I can barely stream to my tv and gaming is impossible. If your looking for good fast internet go somewhere else
Just moved to the area. People have been wonderful working with. I purchased my own router and made a call after hours. Left a message and a person called me a few minutes later. What a difference to be a person and not a number.
The unlimited data through the wireless service has been great. Other than the occasional outage that seems to be stormy weather related we’ve had great connectivity and speed. Absolutely worth what we pay for it. And did I mention it is significantly less expensive than our previous service?
Their services are better then suddenlink. The do not bottle neck. However the tie your bill and the city electric together even though they are diffrent entities. They will let you pay for the more expensive internet tell you your getting …

The office personel and installers are very courteous. Need better more reliable internet service. Since moving across town we’ve had so much trouble. We work til 6 and get home to no wifi. It’s annoying. A courtesy call or text would be nice. And where’s the fiberoptic I was promised.

When you need them they’re there you call in if you have trouble and they are always efficient and they will fix your problem
