This used to be the best credit union in the world and I don’t know if they’re understaffed but it is impossible to get in touch with anybody anymore. It’s a shame I’ve had many loans and many accounts with them time to start looking for another place

Great customer servce. Every time i have an issue I call them and they resolve it quickly and confidently. They are always polite and make sure I understand fully what is being done to my account/the processes/etc. I reccomend DCU to anyone, and the fact that the agents at the call center are SO helpful is a huge reason why.

Easier and safer to keep your money in cash in your house these days.
