  1. Spoke with three different people on the phone and they were all so rude. Kept transferring me to different people. Then the last person I was transferred acted like she was mad at me for talking to her when I was transferred to her. It wasn’t my fault they sent me to someone who couldn’t help.

I have renal disease and I was in the ER and they told me they was speaking to urologist surgeon and he wanted me to have emergency surgery and I refused and seen him the next day and it turned out they never even called him and they started me on a medication that could have my kidneys worse.

  7. Horrible place, don’t care about the patient just money. When the prescription they give your daughter makes her sick they won’t even just call in another. Instead they want you back in to charge you again.

  8. The hospital itself is nice. However, the billing dept., and the way they do their billing is atrocious. They have sent me 3 separate bills with 3 different amounts. They extremely over charge and for the service they provide it is not worth it! I will never frequent this establishment again!!!! HORRIBLE!

  9. They do “tests” that have to be sent to the lab and then don’t send them but bill your insurance. Make sure you pay attention to that kind of stuff. It may be a convenient location but I’ll drive on to ohio health.

  12. I will only bring my son here. They are so helpful and caring. We had a doctor named Ben and he found out what was wrong with my son after he was previously misdiagnosed at an urgent care. I’m so thankful for the time he took to explain to me everything I needed to know.

Everytime I have to go, there is no wait longer 10 mins., the staff very friendly and helpful and the drs always run whatever test need to make sure what’s going on, the staff/Drs, always take the time to explain what’s wrong and why, they have never rushed me out the door. The receptionist was great and the x-ray tech, Leslie, was very professional and informative. I was in and out in about an hour. I highly recommend.
