  9. Warning! I Bought a new car through Direct Federal Credit Union (DFCU). DFCU didn’t send the title for 4 months after the payoff. Then they sent a loan release, rather than the title and told me I needed to go to the title agency to get the title. Never get a car loan through DFCU!
