Always nice ladies working there but I cant always make it there before 3pm due to work. Would really love an app for them so my bills wouldn’t be late
They need a debit card system so you can pay over the phone or something. It’s very inconvenient always having to go withdraw money from atm and dropping it in there drop box. The board needs to get with the times
In person they are polite but over the phone very rude. This morning I called and tried to get an understanding of my bill yet they kept talking over me and hung up in my face!
Customer service is SEVERELY lacking. They are very rude on the phone. They will cut you off and not let you ask anything. Then, they’ll just say bye or hang up. Not impressed. If you don’t like talking to people, you shouldn’t work with the public.
