I cut my service off in July and haven’t had water in my place since then but somehow I am still being charged and they cut off service (again????) in October and are charging me hundreds of dollars?? I can’t get a hold of anyone in the office because they stop answering the phone at 1600. I am very unhappy with this business.
Overcharged for water plus ridiculous unnecessary fines, fees, and whatever other charge possible. NM is poor and Dona Ana is poor yet these prices are for the rich. Greedy And uncompassionate board members raking over the community as much as they can.

The most klunky experience to sign up for service. The company is passive aggressive and threatening. They drove all the way out to our house to read the meter and shut off the water for 20 minutes. Then came back and turned it back on. All for starting new service. What a waste of time, fuel, and money.
