They have nothing but excuses for not picking up trash HAS to be in orange tote to be picked up I used my personal tote for 7 years till last week nothing but bad attitude from staff on phone no customer service
Always top notch service with Doty. Every driver I have dealt with is friendly. Both times I have needed a dumpster I have received same day service which is hard to find these days. A+ guys.
Poor customer service. Drivers damage peoples property by cutting ruts in yards, dump trash on the road while going down the road, they spilled medical waste all over our street and still have not picked it up.

Changed their routes without bothering to tell us. Our pick up time is two and a half hours earlier than it used to be. So now I’ve got two full trash cans and they won’t be back for a week. Their only advice, “You should have had your trash out earlier.”
Pretty good service for the most part. I just wish they would put the can back where they picked it up instead of leaving it in the middle of my driveway. We have to over compensate about 15 feet away from the drive for it to end up on the edge.
Worst experience ever, I have to call them about every other week to come back and pick up my trash because they skipped it again. How? My trash can is in line with everyone else on this street. Someone PLEASE FIRE that driver that works in Greenville, IL because of incompetence.
Did not take all the trash from curbside can. Left a bag of fish I threw away. Neighbors complained about the smell. Called Doty and was told i had to wait until next weeks pickup. 7 days of rotting fish in the sun. Neighbors and I are not happy.
They bring you a toter to put your trash in, and that is the only thing they will empty. They will not empty any adjacent trash cans other than their own. DOTY will rarely answer the phone when you call them, and their drivers are condescending. I wish I had gone with Wasson Disposal, and he is a known crook.

Don’t be late on your payment. They took our trash can and charging us a full years payment to restart. We are not rich. I think that’s just taking advantage of people. And I actually sent a payment before they picked up our trash can. May be the cheapest around but not the nicest people to deal with. They just lost a customer.
Doty works very well with you . They pick up all my trash when I even have a ton. A few things though, that it’s hard to reach ( but it probably is a small office so I understand maybe only one person works in there ). Also , I wish the accepted payment over the phone . Other than that I feel they have excellent service .
I have never had a bad experience with Doty. I rented a dumpster from them when I roofed my house. We had it for about 3 weeks and when a driver came to recover it, he was very friendly. Great price and trash pick up is every week.
