Bank tellers at the window never smile anymore. They forget people can read their body language . polite but It is not a very friendly window experience.

I was on a call with one of the customer representatives and I was told they couldn’t help me find out easy information aka routing/Account number and was told I couldn’t get the information over the phone but next time I called I got the information in under 2 mins. HORRIBLE customer service. VERY rude and condescending employees, definitely not hometown customer service. This company needs to invest time in training their employees. Take a John Dijulius course or two!
Needed to go to the bank today, which is a saturday. They are supposed to be open until 12pm. Get there at 11 and they are closed!! How inconvenient! Great way to lose business.
Checked 12 different rates for auto loans and DPFCU was by far the lowest and very easy to work with. Becoming a member, applying for a loan, and getting approved took under 30 minutes.
I see other ratings which cite poor customer service. I have never had that experience at DPFCU – actually, it has been quite the opposite. Throughout the years, personnel have gone above and beyond in assisting me with transactions, loans, opening accounts, etc.
Horrible app. Can’t access bill pay. Also even though I have my mortgage, car loan and numerous other accounts there, when trying to get pre-approved to purchase another home, I didn’t meet their “criteria”. I went with another lender. Had no problems. I use them for my basic banking only.
My mom passed away and had an account with them. They would exempt an email copy of her death cert to repo her car, but when it came to taking her savings out I have to have the original death cert. Not the certified copies that we paid for but the original which is out of state…so not cool

Kayla, the representative I met with was friendly and answered all my questions. She was knowledgeable and very professional. The process only took 10 minutes and the money was deposited straight into my account. I will use the Dover-Phila Federal Credit Union again for my next loan.

I’ve been a member since at least 1995. The customer service is above average, and they offer all types of loans.
Fast and friendly service. I have had every car loan here since the early 90’s. I cannot image banking with anyone else.
