  7. Do not waste your time. Go to Cone, Novant, or Wake Forest for your imaging. They do anything possible to keep from doing their jobs in the scheduling and insurance departments (with the exception of Crystal).

  15. Literally sitting with an IV in your arm for 30 minutes before your MRI is not ideal. Also, listening to the lab technicians discuss their personal lives is not what I expect as a patient. Although I was a walk-in, and they seemed rather busy, being that it was first thing in the morning, I was in and out within 30 minutes.

  23. Great experience! Walked in and less than 5 mins, was called to the back for my scan. Scan was 10 mins and was comfortable during the whole process. Would recommend to anyone in need of a diagnostic medical scan.
