  21. Best customer service! Everyone we’ve dealt with has been wonderful. We recently had a lightning strike that knocked out everything and they were there to repair it within hours. Internet speed isn’t really an issue (even with teenagers with phones and tablets), but we are definitely looking forward to fiber internet being available.

  27. My husband and I had a problem with our TVs so I called the tech people at DTC. We quickly realized that an on-line service was not going to work. The helpful lady I spoke with sent a service person out the very next day & it was Saturday. He knew what the problem was & fixed it right on the spot. Go DTC!
