Duncan Oil rules! We had waited 14 days for another company to fill our propane tank and finally we canceled our order and called Duncan. This was a Wednesday, yesterday and they said they would be here Friday, but low and behold they show up this afternoon, not even 24 hours after my call! Thanks for coming to our rescue!
Drivers are very inconsiderate of other fuel truck drivers. Got stuck behind one of them and had to wait for over half an hour while they were on the phone.
If you can’t get your product get out of the way, circle around and resolve your issue on your time not others
