Had to cancel my surgery on my shoulder. Normally that’s a bad thing but they caught that my heart was not strong enough to go through the surgery. Thank God they caught it before I had the surgery and died.

Where do I begin? The receptionist are polite, helpful, and very professional. I waited little to no time as an outpatient to be seated with someone to update my information in their system and complete my lab work. My experiences here have been nothing but good!
I had a wonderful experience in AOS. The volunteer who took me back to get checked in and then came to make sure I was ready for visitors. The Anesthesiologist that made sure I understood everything. All the nurses, the ones that got me ready and the nurse that was with me in surgery and recovery were wonderful.
They take too long for them to fill out any paperwork needed for work, when you call to ask about it they just say “we will get to it in a timely manner”. I will not be going back to that doctor’s office anymore, this is the Orthopedist office.
