First this is the only bad review I’ve given in my life. This coop is absolutely horrible. Service, relations, overcharging, rediculiously rude and condescending costomer service. I’ve had them for about 12 yrs. If possible stay away they are the worst.
Not a cooperative company at all! Through COVID and still during COVID they decided that EVERYONE must be paid in full by 6/30/20 or services will be disconnected. No wiggle room or empathy or compassion to work with their customers to make …
Friendly, polite, and good customer service. Very quick response to power outages. Co-op prices are much more competitive than non-coop electric companies plus co-ops divide excess profits among members at the end of the year.
Terrible service. Shut my electric off before my bill was due. Overcharge, and random fees. Terrible customer service. Diane is so rude, and thee only person you talk to from there. No empathy, or any consideration.
Power goes out on my road pretty much everytime it’s windy, a storm comes through, it rains, or it snows. Takes a couple of hours to restore meanwhile it takes them like fifteen minutes to actually fix the issue once they are on our road. …
I think some of the dissatisfaction is from the way the billing is displayed. Several years ago the decision was made to change from straight kilowatt charge to a set base rate plus electric use. This was an attempt to be more transparent …
We’ve had Dunn Energy for about 4-1/2 years. There is a flat rate fee (around $30) before usage is calculated, which cost them one star on this review. I asked what it was for, and they told me that it was for infrastructure maintenance. …
They charge nearly 50 in fees per month just to have their service. Then they also charge a large interest rate if you have a past due amount. They don’t work with you and my bill is double what it has ever been living in a bigger house in …
Wish there was a 0 star. Been with them for 8 years now and nothing is ever good charge way to much for fees for no reason you can’t even report an outage after 430 cause the number doesn’t allow it absolutely the worst business I’ve ever …
Very nice, helpful employees. If costs are high, they partner with a company that does energy audits and rebates for upgrades. Well worth the audit cost. Thank you for helping us. We’ve lived here for over 25 years.
Thieves!
Very unsatisfied…. !!!! Outrageous fees and charges.
I hated that the power.would.go out for extended periods of time in middle of night 🙁
They are a cooperative and can do whatever they want and are not regulated. Horrible customer service. Will not work with you.
Rude people! They make you pay a deposit, if your credit isn’t in the top 20%!
I called Dunn Energy on Monday about a bad security lightand they came out on Tuesday and installed a new security light. This one is LED.
