  1. I have had duo-county high-speed internet service in my home for going on 3 years,the speed is great and the internet has only went out a few times in the last three years and each time it is back up and running fairly quickly. No complaints from this customer.

  2. If there weren’t the only choice in town for internet, they would go under. They are rude, try to rip you off, and are not reliable. Even with the fiber optic infrastructure, they are a floundering company.

  8. Definitely not as good as I would like it to be. Online PC games are unplayable at some points due to the internet stuttering. It also isn’t my PC, and I use Ethernet. This honestly should not happen. Might leave a better review if internet performance changes. Overall it’s not good internet by any means, but hey, at least it works.

  10. DUO installed our TV and Internet service the day after we subscribed. The Internet is much faster than A T & T was in Columbus, OH. Plus, we won’t worry about the TV going out when it rains.

  11. Very, very slow service where we live. They have told us plenty of times that we will never get fiber optic cables in our area so we literally are paying outrageous prices for maybe 10mb of speed. This is a problem that needs to be fixed ASAP

  18. Constant outages, slower speeds than advertised and what we’re paying for. You get some sad excuse about it being your equipment, and only their “tried and true” equipment that you rent from them for a monthly fee will be able to handle the speed their pushing.
