Went there for a biopsy to confirm diagnosis. None done. Got a Rx for same med using since 2012 and never helped. Waste of time and money
I have brown spots in my face, I find them very embarrassing and the Lazer treatment I have done 3 x has helped so much with helping them to fade. Thank you guys so much. I will always recommend them to anyone.

I have been to Durango Derrmatology several times now and always been treated with respect and professional courtesy . I have never waited for more than 30 minutes for my appointment.
Complete disrespect for my time. Waiting in the lobby 40 minutes after my scheduled appt before I walked.
It wasn’t great . on speaking with them I had explained the situation. I had to repeat myself numerous times. The next day, after driving from New Mexico to Colorado,they wouldn’t see us. Even with prior authorization from our insurance saying they’d pay.

Went there this morning and was rushed in and out and didn’t even get to ask any questions I felt like they were in a hurry to go somewhere. Turned out to be right they close at 12 on Fridays. Was very disappointed in the care I did NOT receive.

I can not give a third of a star or I would. After 2 years of a chronic skin ailment with photographic and physical proof I was dismissed not listened to and no questions were answered just these words after 21 minutes “I have another customer” fine words from the 20 something crowd I am glad you know everything.
Waited an hour just to be called in extremely slow and not many patients appointments it seems .Would not reccomend if looking for fast service and the treatments recommended to me never work regardless of times seen and prescribed medication changes I know I won’t be returning .

Waited 2 months for an appointment to have a cyst removed. They spent a minute verifying it’s a cyst that needs to be removed and instead of proceeding, scheduled the procedure another 2 months out. If I knew this would have happened at my appointment, I would have worked with another dermatologist even if it was a long drive.
