  10. NEVER believe anything they say. I’m paying over $800 in court fees now because one of their employees gave me the wrong information about my payments and they sent my tolls to the court.

  17. Well the out come was good for us. The issue is how to get to the front door. Parking becomes a Quiz how to get to a parking spot and following the circle. Security guards are there which is good. Front receptionist was excellent in pointing us to the right person to get the issue solved in legal standing.

  20. I DESPERATELY needed to find my tag # to help customer service find my car in OIA’s parking garage. I’d been gone for over a week & forgot to take note of where I parked. Well, the tag # that was on my account was my old tag #. I guess I assumed it was linked somewhere to update automatically, but it’s apparently our responsibility.

  38. The costumer service is OK. Like anything these days, they’ve got it set up to encourage you to do things yourself, online, but you end up calling because you ruin into an issue outside of the set parameters that their website service is set up to handle.
