Bought a new car and switched tag from old car, can’t add new car on website because it won’t let me transfer tag.

Well the out come was good for us. The issue is how to get to the front door. Parking becomes a Quiz how to get to a parking spot and following the circle. Security guards are there which is good. Front receptionist was excellent in pointing us to the right person to get the issue solved in legal standing.

The costumer service is OK. Like anything these days, they’ve got it set up to encourage you to do things yourself, online, but you end up calling because you ruin into an issue outside of the set parameters that their website service is set up to handle.
Customer Service was very efficient and assisted us with getting a discount on a $3000 outstanding toll bill due to change of account and inactive responders. New responders were sent in less than 48 hours!

An employee misread the last 4 digits of my credit card number back to me while verifying where my refund would go, naturally I wanted to verify all the digits to make sure it was correct- the employee was so passive aggressive, defensive and ultimately did not complete the task.
